10-PL HAVING MERCIFUL HANDS. A JOURNEY FROM HEAD TO HEART

You gonna come to a small town in south-western part of Poland to the parish of God’s Mercy to encounter what “mercy” means. It does not mean that you will receive some ready-to-use answers. We invite you to join us on the road to understanding what it means to be merciful. Some say that it is the longest trip each person can take – a journey from head to heart. We want to read and contemplate Holy Scriptures describing mercy. Discuss what mercy means to us. Ask ourselves how mercy is understood in the contemporary world. And finally go and do mercy as commanded in the gospel of Luke. We want to go together to the places and people who need a touch of mercy. You will take part in the workshops which will enable you to express your spirituality through symbolic and actual actions.

All activities during the experiment shall bring us to a joy and worship of God. We want to encounter true community during these few days and experience mercy on a common path.
